Returns Policy

We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order within 48 hours from the arrival of package.

Please take pictures of the package (with showing shipping label) and the slime (in unopened and/or untouched condition) that you have problem with and send it to me. 


Current Lead Time to prepare the order: 4-8 Business Day.

Please understand that we need time to prepare the order for shipment. DIY Slime may need longer time to prepare.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes or fees that may apply. Rodem Slime Shop will not be responsible for delays due to customs. 

Please Please Please Double Check the Name and the Shipping Address.
Rodem Slime Shop will be not responsible for misdelivery due to the Wrong Shipping Address. You may try to contact the shipping couriers (USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL or etc) for further assistance.

* RETURNED Package Due to the Incorrect Address or Unclaimed.
Order(s) with RETURNED Package, Due to the Incorrect Address or Unclaimed, with Product(s) in New/ Unopened Condition, will be issue a refund of the cost of the product only. Paid Shipping Cost won't be refund.
** For Returned Package(s) that qualified for Free Shipping, will be refund the cost of product(s) with deduction of shipping cost.
