It comes as White Glue Thick Gloss base with Cute Flower Topper.
Once you mix the topper with the base, 
When you first mix in the topper, stretch it slowly, and it will become thick, creamy, and puffy, creating amazing pokes and great bubble pops.
It's scented like Berry Vanilla + Flower Shop + White Sage blended scent.

Please note that it may have little fallout as you play.
