This is Microfoamballs X Perler Beads White Glue Slime.
It’ve been trying to bring the great texture for long time and I love this texture so much. 
This well coated base holds the beads very well (it may have fallout still) creamy chewy and makes great bubble pops.
It’s scented like Candy Cane
